Visit our Jewell Furniture 'interior' furniture shop in Los Belones near La Manga Club Resort and pay by credit card or cash.

Bank Transfer
Payment is a very easy process, we will email our IBAN bank account details to you, once payment is received in full we will then arrange delivery of your goods. If you are not living in Spain we can arrange delivery to your property via your management company or key holder, with your full permission.

Online Credit Card Payment
We offer our clients the opportunity to pay online with their credit cards, you will be sent an email with a unique link which when clicked will open an online payment page. We accept VISA and Mastercard only. There is a 1% fee added to transaction for credit card payments by BBVA Bank.

Cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed with a manufacturer it is not possible to cancel your order.

Faulty Goods / Return and refund Within 14 days
Free exchange for a replacement or alternative product of equal value.

Shipping, Privacy & data protection
Jewell Furniture SL (Jewellfurniture.com alfrescofurniturespain.com) We respect the privacy of our customers therefore we are committed to the following privacy policy, which is designed to give you peace of mind and confidence. What personal information do we ask for? When you have found your furniture/garden furniture and are ready to proceed with your order, we will ask for your name, your Spanish postal address and your NIE number. We'll also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card we may also need to take the start date and issue number of the card. We'll also ask you for your telephone number in case we need to contact you urgently regarding your booking.

How do we use this personal information?
We need your 'name' so we can confirm who the order is for.
We need your 'credit card' details so that we can collect payment for your order.
We need your 'name' and 'address' to confirm that the credit card belongs to you.
We need your NIE number or Passport Number' to issue an official invoice.

Will we disclose any of this personal information to third parties?

Delivery Procedure
All prices quoted include delivery unless stated at the point sale between AlfrescoFurnitureSpain and the client. Delivery is to the door only. If the client requires delivery within the property, unpacking goods and installation this can be arranged at a fee agreed at point of sale.
